McDowell Exchange School is proud to announce

Christine Likens has an acrylic still life painting
on display. Kathy Howard has a marker drawing on
display. Nikki Young has an acrylic painting on
display. Tiffany Bond has a marker drawing on
display. Levi Thurston has a watercolor painting on
display. Molly Dickson has an acrylic painting on
display. Rodney Lucas has a watercolor painting of
display. Dalton Poling has a watercolor and ink
artwork on display. Their art work will be on
display through the summer and can be viewed during
regular business hours of The Ridge Inn at 16178

Makenzie Davidson – 1st Place
Recently, Sarah Wilkins, a
McDowell eighth grader received the Yes I Can award in
Boston, Massachusetts. Sarah was one of 29 international
students chosen for this prestigious award out of hundreds of
applicants. She was recognized for her positive attitude and
for her achievement in the area of academics. We are all very
proud of Sarah and her winning attitude.
